ROLE
The Field Enablement Manager is responsible for building and executing Propel’s enablement function to ensure consistent, high-performance across customer-facing teams. This role designs and operationalizes the programs, tools, and reinforcement mechanisms that enable internal GTM teams and partner sellers to effectively generate pipeline, acquire new logos, and drive expansion.
Working cross-functionally with multiple internal and partner GTM teams, this leader will establish standardized learning frameworks, train on sales execution methodologies, and drive performance improvement programs that translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, helping Propel’s go-to-market organization continuously improve pipeline creation, win rates, deal velocity, and quota attainment as the company scales.
