JOB PURPOSE
The Field Capability Building and Training Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the General Trade Sales Lead by enhancing the knowledge, behaviors, skills, and culture of the field sales teams. This role is responsible for uplifting the capabilities of the Field Capability Building Team, Area Sales Managers, and Distributor Sales Teams through both online and in-person initiatives
