Role Overview

Enable, standardize, and improve field operations across all Middle East countries through processes, digital tools, data, and operational governance. Ensure field teams work efficiently, safely, and consistently under a unified operational model.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence & Standardization

  • Define and implement standardized processes, KPIs, audits, and governance across ME.
  • Harmonize time sheets and activity reporting to ensure comparable measurement across countries.
  • Lead annual review of maintenance routes with Country Leaders.

Field Enablement

  • Develop manuals, SOPs, and best practices.
  • Support Supervisors and Country Leaders in adopting new processes and tools.

Digital Tools & Route Optimization

  • Act as business owner for digital tools used in field operations.
  • Manage adoption, training, and enhancement roadmap.
  • Lead the OA-level deployment and governance of the global route optimization tool.

Data & Performance

  • Maintain dashboards and operational reports.
  • Analyze productivity, quality, safety, and cost metrics.
  • Supervisor Incentive Plan
  • Support preparation, tracking, and validation of the Supervisor Incentive Plan.
  • Ensure aligned criteria and transparency across countries.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with IT, Quality, Safety, Supply Chain, HR, Finance and global teams.
  • Support ME leadership and represent the voice of the field.
  • Candidate Requirements (Condensed)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in vertical transport industry
  • Strong knowledge of field operations (maintenance, installation, quality, safety).
  • Experience in operational process improvement and standardization.
  • Strong analytical skills (KPIs, dashboards, performance tracking).
  • Experience with deployment of digital tools in operations.
  • Extensive Field Service experience in branches/areas (Supervisor, Service Manager, etc.).
  • Experience managing or evaluating supervisor performance (KPIs, productivity, incentives).
  • Experience with route optimization, WFM or mobility tools.
  • Experience working in multicultural, multi-country environments.
