Drive Education Forward – Field Account Manager, Education

Join HP as a Field Account Manager in the Education sector, where you’ll help primary (basis), secondary (voortgezet) schools, and edu partners to unlock their full potential with OneHP technology.
Your Mission
As our trusted partner in the field, you’ll build strong relationships with schools and partners, understanding their unique challenges—from BYOD and cost pressures to digital transformation—and connect them with HP solutions that make a real difference for teachers and pupils/students.
What You’ll Do
Be the Bridge Between Education and Innovation:
Partner with schools and channel partners to understand their technology needs and operational goals
Showcase how HP’s products, services and solutions can improve teaching, enhance learning results and support schools in their security and sustainability goals
Act as the responsive, knowledgeable go-to resource for education decision-makers
Grow Your Sales Powers:
Master consultative selling in the education technology landscape
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and technical teams to craft compelling proposals
Track your wins, analyze what works, and continuously sharpen your approach with guidance from seasoned mentors
Collaborate with our Partners to shape the best solutions for the segment.
Make Data-Driven Impact:
Research education prospects to identify pain points and deliver perfect-fit solutions
Monitor competitor offerings and contribute strategic insights to keep us ahead
Contribute to pipeline reports and forecasting that drive our education strategy forward
What You Bring
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience: min 2 years in sales, account management, technical selling, consultative selling, or education-related roles
Language: Native in Dutch and strong command of English
Your Mindset:
Customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to solve education market challenges
Learning agility to master new products, technologies, and sales techniques quickly
Results-driven attitude with determination to achieve and exceed goals
Digital fluency and comfort with technology (you’ll be selling it, after all!)
