Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce sales strategy to drive online revenue growth
  • Oversee customer P&Ls and manage all relevant elements of the overall P&L
  • Develop and execute commercial  strategies, including pricing, contract terms, and Digital Retail Media investments, ensuring online catalogs of e-commerce channels are up-to-date
  • Identify new e-commerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans
  • Analyzing the sales data (sell-in, sell-out) and to improve the future strategy of the company in the e-commerce area
  • Analyzing and optimizing digital tools: google analytics / allegro analytics etc, to increase sales

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing or a related field
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in e-commerce sales, preferably in FMCG
  • English on the communicative level
  • Familiar with P&L processes, financial principles and key metrics
  • Experience in analyzing & reporting data and  using digital marketing tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid driving license
  • High-level negotiation skills with experience driving e-commerce success
