What You Will Do:
a) Oversees daily branch operations to ensure compliance with federal financial regulations, organizational policies, and contractual requirements under the Task Order (TO).
b) Implements and monitors internal controls, risk management practices, and reporting systems to safeguard assets and maintain operational integrity.
c) Maintains accurate records of transactions, audits, and administrative documentation in accordance with FDIC and other applicable standards.
d) Provides timely status reports and operational updates to the Program Manager (PM) and Senior Professionals, ensuring transparency and accountability.
e) Responds to regulatory inquiries and incorporates feedback from oversight authorities to align branch practices with federal requirements.
What You Will Need:
a) This Manager must have two (2) years' demonstrated experience in bank operations.
b) Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited institution preferred.
c) Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage branch-level financial services in a high-pressure, compliance-driven environment.
d) Strong knowledge of federal banking regulations, FDIC guidelines, and risk management principles.
e) Skilled in preparing and reviewing operational, financial, and compliance reports.
f) Proficient in standardized banking software, databases, and reporting tools.
g) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with clients, staff, and regulatory bodies.
h) Ability to interpret and implement complex policies and procedures accurately.
