Ensure the smooth daily operation of the boutique, upholding excellence in management, stock optimization, and performance metrics.
Lead and coordinate all boutique activities, aligning with the yearly roadmap, the House strategy, and the Fashion Europe operational strategy, while effectively communicating objectives and plans to the teams.
Provide stability and clear direction, fostering a motivating and positive work environment that encourages engagement and collaboration across all teams.
Develop and execute the boutique’s annual business plan, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and addressing business challenges.
Oversee commercial, client, financial, and budgetary indicators, ensuring accurate monitoring, reporting, and sustainable growth.
Drive business growth by developing and coordinating sales initiatives to achieve and exceed commercial and client objectives within defined budgets and action plans.
Demonstrate agility in responding to market dynamics, evolving client expectations, and internal priorities.
Supervise both front- and back-office teams: communicate policies, monitor objectives, nurture team spirit, share knowledge, and support both collective and individual development.

Capture the essence of each collection in the buying assortment, ensuring alignment with budget, guidelines, and the Boutique Buying Strategy.
Elevate the boutique’s aesthetic appeal through inspirational visual merchandising, promoting close collaboration between Visual Merchandising and all boutique teams.
Utilize marketing, events, and services to enrich client journeys, continuously monitoring and responding to outcomes to drive engagement and loyalty.
Team Support and Development
Provide coaching and guidance to the team, supporting boutique objectives while maintaining a positive and collaborative environment.
Strengthen the leadership team, empowering managers and preparing future leaders.

KEY COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing the local clientele.
At least 10 years of experience as a Boutique Director or in a similar leadership role.
Excellent spoken and written Italian and English are required; French language skills are a plus.
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive business results.
Experience in delivering outstanding client service and building long-term client relationships.
