Job Description:

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for managing the overall processes and data accuracy of the waste warehouse, ensuring that records, inventories, and manifests for hazardous and non‑hazardous waste are properly maintained and compliant with Solventum standards and local regulations. The position coordinates with government authorities and licensed waste disposal vendors to ensure compliant waste handling and timely external disposal. It also oversees cleaning services for non‑production areas such as the cafeteria and offices, including coordination of annual governmental food‑service inspections. Additionally, the role supports EWS system activities and related improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
    Manage end‑to‑end waste warehouse processes, including supervision of waste receiving, classification requirements, inventory accuracy, recordkeeping, data reporting, and process compliance.
    Maintain complete and compliant documentation for waste manifests, disposal certificates, and associated records, ensuring alignment with Solventum standards and local environmental regulations.
    Coordinate with environmental authorities and qualified external disposal vendors to ensure proper scheduling, transfer, disposal, and audit support.
    Oversee cleaning management for non‑production areas (cafeteria, offices, and common areas), monitor service quality, and drive continuous improvement.
    Coordinate annual government food‑service inspections and follow‑up actions to ensure ongoing compliance.
    Support EWS‑related activities, including document maintenance, routine inspection coordination, data consolidation, training support, and continuous improvement tasks.
    Assist in improving site EHS performance, including housekeeping, signage management, layout optimization, and other non‑operational enhancement initiatives.
    Support internal and external audits (including ISO 14001), provide required documentation, and follow up on corrective actions.
    Maintain effective communication with Production, EHS, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure transparency and timely execution of waste‑management, cleaning‑management, and EWS‑related activities.

Basic Qualifications:
    Bachelor’s degree or above; background or training in logistics, environmental management, or industrial operations preferred.
    Minimum 2 years of experience in waste management, warehouse process management, facility/administrative services, or cleaning management.
    Familiarity with hazardous waste classification, labeling, storage, and manifest procedures; ability to read SDS and understand process requirements.
    Basic computer skills, including recordkeeping, data entry, and reporting (WMS/ERP, spreadsheets, etc.).
    Strong safety awareness, attention to detail, coordination skills, and ability to collaborate across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience in waste management or facility support within a manufacturing environment.
    Knowledge of local environmental regulations and hazardous waste manifest systems.
    Familiarity with ISO 14001, EHS audits, and 5S/Lean practices.
    Experience in fire safety, emergency response, or related qualifications is preferred.

    负责食堂、办公室、公共区域等非生产区域的清洁管理与服务质量监督,跟踪清洁标准执行情况并推动改进。
    协调落实与政府相关部门的年度餐饮检查及整改要求,确保相关区域持续符合法规标准。
    支持EWS相关事项,如流程文件维护、例行检查协调、数据统计、培训配合和相关持续改进工作。
    协助现场EHS表现提升,包括清洁度、标识管理、路线与容器布置优化等非生产类改善工作。
    配合内部与外部审核(含ISO 14001),提供相关记录并跟进整改落实。
    与生产、EHS、仓库等部门保持有效沟通,确保废料管理、清洁管理及EWS活动信息透明、及时。

基本资质条件:
    本科及以上学历;物流、环境、工业运营相关专业或培训优先。
    2年以上废弃物管理、仓储流程管理、行政后勤或清洁管理相关经验。
    熟悉危废分类、标识、储存及联单流程;能阅读SDS并理解相关流程要求。
    具备基础计算机能力,可进行台账管理、数据录入与报告整理(WMS/ERP、表格等)。
    具备较强的安全意识、数据准确性、协调沟通能力与跨部门协作能力。

优先条件:
    有制造业废弃物管理或后勤管理经验者优先。
    熟悉本地环保法规及危废联单管理系统。
    熟悉ISO 14001、EHS审核、5S/精益实践。
    有消防、应急管理或相关专项经验者优先。
