SOPS-Sutter Outpatient Services - BayPosition Overview:
Conducts daily inspections of equipment spaces, documents operational status and ensures proper operation of all plant equipment, medical gas systems, utility services and backup systems. Manages furniture inventory including coordinating requests for furniture reconfigurations and coordinating new employee needs. Prepares cubes/offices for new employees. Performs assigned normal and urgent repairs. Completes basic preventative maintenance.Job Description:
EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:
DL-Valid Drivers License
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
2 years recent relevant experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Computer skills and building automation systems experience.
Working knowledge of energy conservation required, formal training
Must have basic math skills to include addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, and decimals
Ability to read and write in order to understand equipment operating instructions and maintains logs and records of work performed, and to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturers’ specifications in order to perform preventive maintenance.

Pay Range is $33.29 to $41.61 / hourThe compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
