The Opportunity:
Perform a wide range of functions to ensure the protection of company and government-sensitive and classified information. Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Perform as a team player, make sound decisions, take independent action, analyze problems, provide focused solutions for clients, and communicate information effectively to various audiences through both verbal and written communications. Interact with internal and external customers and government security officials to perform security duties, address routine personnel security matters with employees regarding issues, and other security duties as required. Mentor and may supervise team members.
You Have:
3+ years of experience as a Facility Security Officer (FSO), including managing industrial security requirements for DoD security programs
Experience with DoD security systems and databases, including DISS and NISS
Knowledge of 32 CFR, Part 117, ICD, and DoD security requirements
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
Completion of the CDSE FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities Course
Nice If You Have:
3+ years of experience working with DoD or Intelligence programs
Experience with SCIFs and managing security for SCI programs as an SSO or CSSO
Knowledge ICD 705 construction requirements
Knowledge of industry and government requirements, standards, policies, and directives supporting security programs under the DoD Manual 5105.21 Volumes 1-3
Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
