In this role, you will be the architectural backbone of our Danderyd operations, directly influencing site safety and efficiency across diverse departments from R&D to manufacturing. Key Exciting Responsibilities
Spearhead the delivery of all hard and soft facility management services, ensuring a seamless operational environment for office and production teams.
Orchestrate high-impact site projects, including office refits, strategic rebuilds, and team moves to support company growth.
Champion local health, safety, and physical security protocols, serving as the expert lead for systematic fire prevention work.
Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with external suppliers and landlords to ensure top-tier service delivery and contract compliance.
Act as the primary site ambassador for all facility inquiries, providing expert guidance and rapid resolution for local management and staff.
Essential Skills & Experience
• 5-10 years of proven expertise in comprehensive Facility Management services.
Technical proficiency in facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and general building infrastructure. • Fluent professional communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Demonstrated experience in budget management, supplier oversight, and autonomous project execution.
Strong digital literacy in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
Proven track record in managing facility needs for specialized manufacturing or logistics environments.
Advanced certifications in occupational health and safety or fire protection management.
