We are seeking an experienced Facility Executive Technical to manage planned preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and vendor coordination across multiple buildings. This role requires strong technical expertise in MEP systems, vendor management capabilities, and commitment to safety and compliance standards.
Maintenance Operations Perform planned preventive and breakdown maintenance on MEP, HVAC, BMS, fire/life safety, DG, lifts, and water systems, following approved schedules and safety standards. Support minor project work, installations, shutdowns, and asset upgrades as required.
Vendor Management & Coordination Coordinate and oversee AMC and service vendors by monitoring performance, reviewing work completion, and ensuring all statutory and contract requirements are met. Maintain effective working relationships with service providers to optimize facility operations.
Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate equipment, asset, and service request logs. Complete daily and weekly reports and provide input for monthly management updates. Attend and close Helpdesk requests promptly, minimizing downtime and client disruption.
Safety & Compliance Enforce and follow health, safety, statutory and crisis management procedures for self, contractors, and service delivery teams. Participate in safety drills and maintain audit-ready safety documentation. Conduct site rounds, flag risks, and implement risk mitigation measures.
Operational Excellence Implement energy conservation and sustainability measures across facilities. Foster a safe, compliant, and service-focused culture across both buildings, upholding client standards and JLL excellence.
Team Development Train and assist junior staff and service teams on technical and safety procedures. Contribute to a flexible, collaborative team environment that supports continuous improvement.
Education & Experience BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 6+ years of experience managing utility operations and facilities management. Experience managing data center operations will be added advantage.
Technical Skills Technical expertise in facilities and engineering operations, vendor coordination, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in MS Office and facility management tools.
Core Competencies Strong reporting, documentation, teamwork, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Work Flexibility Willing to work shifts and provide coverage across multiple buildings as operational needs require.
