To ensure the efficient operation, cleanliness, maintenance, and safety within the commercial facility, while delivering high-quality service to clients and stakeholders.

Job Description

1.Housekeeping & Hygiene

  • Monitor daily cleaning activities across all areas.
  • Ensure adherence to cleaning schedules and SOPs.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits for cleanliness and hygiene.

2. Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, pest control, and other soft service vendors.
  • Track attendance, performance, and discipline of vendor staff.
  • Validate service delivery against SLAs and escalate gaps.

3. Pantry & Front Office Operations

  • Supervise pantry services including stock management and hygiene.
  • Oversee front office/reception operations ensuring professionalism and courtesy.
  • Ensure availability of consumables and supplies.

4. Waste Management & Pest Control

  • Ensure proper segregation, disposal, and documentation of waste.
  • Monitor pest control activities and maintain records.

5. Landscaping & Ambience

  • Coordinate upkeep of indoor and outdoor plants.
  • Ensure aesthetic upkeep of common areas and client-facing zones.

6. Training & Compliance

  • Conduct regular toolbox talks and refresher training for vendor staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and client-specific protocols.
  • Maintain documentation for audits and inspections.

7. Incident & Escalation Handling

  • Respond to service-related complaints and resolve promptly.
  • Escalate major issues to Facility Manager and follow up for closure.
