To manage a preventive maintenance program for all systems under his supervision
3. 为本部门人员创造一个安全的工作环境，并提供改进安全项目的建议
Manages a safe working environment for all facilities associates and makes recommendations for safety improvements.
4. 为本工段每一台设备准备SOP等文件
5. Prepare SOP and other documents for each piece of equipment in this work section维护好本工段的GMP、6S状态
Maintains GMP, 6S within all functions under his control.
6. 确保废水处理系统运转良好
Ensures the waste-water treatment in good conditions.
7. 在你负责的工作或是管理区域中维持良好的符合EHS要求的工作环境和安全操作，确保持续符合龙沙的EHS标准和当地的法律法规要求。
Responsible for maintaining sound EHS working conditions, practices in your assigned job or area and ensure continuous compliance to Lonza EHS Standards and local law requirements.
8. 设施主管安排的其他工作
To fulfill other tasks assigned by Facility Supervisor.
Qualifications
大学本科或大专技术类专业，并具相关经验者
Degree ：Bachelor’s degree or a college technical program is acceptable with equivalent experience
机电一体化/机电工程专业者为佳
Mechanical or electrical engineering preferred
5年工程师工作经验
5 years working as an engineer
能用英语阅读、会话、书写
Ability to read, speak, write and understand English
良好的沟通技巧
Good communication skills
能与不同岗位层次的员工一起工作
Ability to work with people from different job levels
熟练运行Word，Excel，PPT
Proficient in using Word，Excel，PPT
团队合作
Teamwork
有叉车证优先
Forklift certification preferred
能独立运行污水及纯水
Can operate independently with wastewater and pure water
