About the Role:
Act as the first point of contact for employees and visitors, supporting daily workplace needs including reception, meeting coordination, and office readiness.
Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations including maintenance, soft services, vendor management, and workplace support activities.
Manage service requests, work orders, and internal ticketing systems to ensure timely resolution of issues and smooth office operations.
Oversee office supplies, pantry, workspace setup, and general office presentation to maintain high workplace standards.
Liaise with internal stakeholders (HR, IT, Safety, Workplace Programs) and building management to ensure alignment and operational excellence.
About You:
University degree in any field with minimum 1 year of experience in facilities, workplace operations, hospitality, or customer service roles.
Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English, with a service-oriented and approachable mindset.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable handling both operational and employee-facing responsibilities.
Familiar with Microsoft Office and workplace systems; experience with vendors or facilities coordination is a plus.
