Position Title: Facilities Reliability Tech 2
Location: Assembly Drive, Rockford, IL 61109
Shift: 3rd Shift
Perform advanced facility related preventative maintenance and repairs as a Facility Reliability Technician (FRT), maintain the Pharmaceutical facilities at a "World Class" level. Apply deductive reasoning and interpret a variety of technical instructions. There are no direct supervisory responsibilities associated with this role.

Work is performed in areas with moderate risk or discomfort that may require special safety precautions, such as wearing protective clothing or gear for 1/2 to 3/4 of the day.
Work near moving mechanical parts for up to 1/4 of the day.
Work in high, precarious places for 1/4 to 1/2 of the day.
Outside weather conditions during inclement weather occasion from 1/2 to 3/4 of the day.
Toxic or caustic chemicals for 1/4 to 1/2 of the day.
Risk of electrical shock for up to 1/4 of the day.
Wet or humid conditions for 3/4 of the day and up.
The noise level in the work environment is typically, moderate.

Required:
High School Diploma and/or 3-5 years related experience and/or training.
Basic Mathematical Skills
Basic Computer Skills: Ability to perform basic computer tasks and has the ability to operate common computer programs.
Limited Working Proficiency: The ability to satisfy routine social demands and limited work requirements. The ability to read simple prose, in a form equivalent to typescript or printing, on subjects within a familiar context.
Intermediate Reasoning: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions that may be furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems that involve several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Must possess the ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions.
Must possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Preferred:
Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to a changing work environment.
Ability to follow instructions and respond to management direction.
Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.
Preferred MEP Building Trades related experience HVAC emphasis or equivalent with a minimum of
Three (3) years of facility maintenance or equivalent experience.
Should possess an understanding of facility maintenance including:
Predictive facilities maintenance program
cGMP guidelines
Water, gas, and electrical utilities
MEP, Fire protection systems, and electrical generation systems
HVAC systems, including but not limited to low humidity control systems

For Illinois residents: the hiring rate for this position is $22.15 to $24.92 plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise.
