o   Strategic & Governance: Act as JLL FM single contact point of overall operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives across all services.

o   Service Delivery Oversight: Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, JLL finance, technical staff) to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of services.

o   Operational Excellence: Conduct regular site visits, audits, and service reviews to verify standards are met. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and user experience.

o   Team Leadership & Supervision: Directly manage a core FM team and oversee the performance of vendor staff.

o   Monitor performance against service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct regular site walks, audits, and quality checks across all service categories.

o   Stakeholder & Vendor management: Manage client relationships and lead JLL vendor governance.

o   Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present regular performance reports, organise reviews, and updates to clients.

o   Issue Resolution & Escalation: Address day-to-day operational issues promptly (e.g., staffing gaps, service failures, client complaints). Resolve conflicts among teams or between vendors and client stakeholders professionally.

o   Workplace Experience Advocacy: Champion a positive, professional, and inclusive workplace environment that reflects the client’s brand. Gather feedback and translate it into actionable service enhancements.

Financial & Contractual Accountability: Track budget vs. actual spend, manage change orders, and ensure accurate invoicing. Support contract renewals, scope changes, and pricing discussions with internal sales/operations teams.
