Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Facilities Multi Services Managers (Level K) to support the Test Equipment Management or Tool Storage teams onsite in Everett, Washington on 1st and/or 2nd shift.

 

A manager in this role will develop cross-functional partnerships to achieve team and program goals while developing a work environment that promotes accountability, trust, teamwork, quality and safety. These roles will lead teams of 10+ people.

 

Position Responsibilities:

• Manages employee activities within the facilities occupation including facilities planning, analysis, project administration, property administration, facilities provisioning, engineering, construction and Plant & Equipment maintenance

• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals

• Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reports

• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

• Participates in equipment make/buy decisions; participates in source selection and provides technical oversight of suppliers

• Manages, develops and motivates employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment

• 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role

• 3+  years of experience with process improvement and lean manufacturing

• 1+ years of experience in using excellent verbal and written communications skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues

• Able to work any shift based on the needs of the operation (primarily 1st or 2nd shift)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Associates degree or higher

• 3+ years of experience demonstrating people management skills to include coaching, teaching, and mentoring

• 1+ years of experience as a self-starter and have the ability to work independently

• Adaptability, change management, ability to shift priorities quickly

Summary Pay Range: $137,500 - $157,500
