Job Summary: Join Fort Hood's Material Management Branch team as a Facility Manager! Lead operations that ensure accountability, storage, and distribution of essential resources. Oversee property book management, streamline warehouse processes, and maintain mission-ready facilities. This role directly supports Soldiers, Families, and the Army community through excellence in logistics and resource stewardship. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
Major Duties:

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience, education directly related to supply, facilities, equipment maintenance and repair In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": 1. Must have two (2) years' experience in property management within a NAFI 2. Must have one (1) year experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, including coordination with DPW/Engineers and contract agencies, with successful project completion on time and within budget. 3. Must have an understanding of hazardous communication regulations and safety protocols.
