About This Role

Join us as a Facilities Manager based in Nashville, TN, where you'll lead operations across three dynamic Nashville facilities with biannual travel to our Atlanta location. This hands-on role puts you at the heart of creating exceptional workplace experiences—moving between sites weekly to ensure every detail exceeds expectations.

Check out some of your day:

  • Strategic Planning & Project Implementation Support the Regional Manager in implementing short and long-term projects for the client, developing and executing the annual management plan for buildings within the area.
  • Program Development & Operational Excellence Develop and implement innovative programs, processes, and procedures that reduce short and long-term operating costs and increase productivity by working closely with the Facility Management Lead and client stakeholders.
  • Financial Management & Reporting Oversee development and management of capital and expense budgets through close interface with client representatives, develop monthly/quarterly variance reporting on all operating budgets, and deliver appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the client.
  • Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management Measure and manage client feedback (written and verbal) throughout the year, conduct formal and informal relationships with key stakeholders, and serve as a trusted advisor ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Compliance & Standards Provide overall facility services in accordance with account standards, processes, and procedures, ensuring compliance with portfolio-wide initiatives and all required local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to facility operations on behalf of the client.
  • Team Leadership & Development Lead overall team management, staff development and planning, execute staff succession and growth plans, and build actionable and measurable career development plans for every direct report.
  • Compensation & Talent Planning Participate in the compensation planning process to support competitive positioning and retention of high-performing facility teams.
  • Additional Responsibilities Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned to support operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Here is who are we looking for:

  • 8+ years of facilities management experience in a commercial setting
  • Strong organizational and management capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with executive presence
  • Proven ability to manage matrix teams (technical and administrative staff) across multiple facilities
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS SharePoint, and CMMS software
  • Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, furniture, accounting, and building systems preferred
  • Assertive decision-maker who can professionally navigate high client expectations while maintaining partnership relationships

Pay $104,000 with a 10% targeted bonus of the annual salary

Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift with on-call required 24/7
