Leidos is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team supporting mission-critical operations in secure government facilities. This is an exceptional opportunity to grow your technical expertise while contributing to the design, analysis, and implementation of electrical power systems that keep national operations running smoothly.
Under the mentorship of senior engineers, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of electrical infrastructure—from design and documentation to field testing and commissioning. If you're ready to apply your engineering skills in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, we want to hear from you.
We are able to sponsor the clearance process for qualified candidates; however, our preference is to onboard individuals who already hold an active clearance at any level. This role supports a TS/SCI with Polygraph, and Leidos can maintain that clearance for the position.
This role may be eligible for a sign-on incentive, which could include additional PTO or a monetary bonus.

At Leidos, we don’t want someone who "fits the mold"—we want someone who melts it down and builds something better. This is a role for the restless, the over-caffeinated, the ones who ask, “what’s next?” before the dust settles on “what’s now.”
If you’re already scheming step 20 while everyone else is still debating step 2… good. You’ll fit right in.
For U.S. Positions: While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
