Your New Role and Team
Sanctuary, a world leader in building physical AI for general purpose robots, is looking to hire a highly organized Project Coordinator Co-op / Intern for 8 months to support our growing portfolio of robotics projects. As we scale our work with partners, contractors, and internal teams across time zones, this role will be essential in keeping projects structured, on track, and well-communicated.
Reporting to a Staff Technical Project Manager, you’ll work closely with engineering, design, operations, HR, procurement, and external partners to track project plans, support contractor engagements, improve our project management tooling and coordinate travel. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with Jira, Confluence, and Jama in a fast-paced hardware and software environment, supporting everything from robot test environment setup to financial tracking and vendor coordination.
This is a strong opportunity for a student (or recent graduate) in engineering, business, project management, operations, or a related field to build practical project coordination and planning experience in a cutting-edge AI and robotics company.
