Facilities Coordinator – JLL
What this job involves: As a Facilities Coordinator at JLL, you will provide support to Site and Assistant Facility Managers with operational activities in maintenance and operations, accounting and finance, vendor oversight, equipment and supplies, and occupancy services. This role requires you to proactively develop and maintain client relationships while ensuring expected service levels are achieved through exceptional quality of service delivery. You'll actively support an environment of teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence, and personal success that reflects JLL's commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Service Delivery:
• Actively support environment of teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence, and personal success
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure clean and organized office environment
• Respond to all work orders in timely manner while ensuring KPI compliance and excellent customer service
• Identify opportunities for improved operation and service excellence, making recommendations for enhanced performance
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained
• Schedule and manage repairs, maintenance, minor works, and other work requests while tracking to completion
• Provide information and direction to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers for excellent coordination and execution
• Assist in procurement of vendors and services as required while minimizing disruption
• Provide coordination and support for events, meetings, and conference facilities as required
Client Relationship Management:
• Deliver exceptional quality of service as reflected by client feedback and satisfaction metrics
• Proactively develop and maintain client relationships through responsive communication and service delivery
• Identify opportunities for improved operation and service excellence while making strategic recommendations
Required Qualifications:
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with little supervision and effectively deal with stressful situations
• Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and flexible approach to work responsibilities
• Proficiency in range of information technology tools and platforms
• Ability to sort mail efficiently to help ease, speed, and accuracy of delivery
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related fields
• Understanding of basic technical aspects of property including computer room air-conditioning, chiller systems, fire protection systems, and mechanical & electrical systems
• Experience with vendor oversight and procurement processes
• Background in event coordination and conference facility management
• Knowledge of KPI compliance and work order management systems
Location: Onsite
Estimated Total Compensation: $80,000 - $117,000
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
