Key Responsibilities
Ticket & Project Coordination
Manage and personally complete assigned work tickets from initiation through completion.
Coordinate small furniture orders, including vendor pricing, cost center approvals, purchase orders, goods receipt, and installation scheduling.
Support MAC Managers by preparing scopes of work for small projects and flagging items for project setup.
Coordinate part‑time vendor support for moves, installations, and furniture-related tasks.
Vendor & Budget Management
Track and manage quarterly MAC vendor budgets, ensuring PO activity remains on target.
Lead weekly or biweekly meetings with third‑party MAC vendors to review project updates, priorities, and issue resolution.
Oversee offsite furniture storage with external vendors, including quarterly warehouse visits and inventory checks.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure all third‑party vendors follow C&W and AMD safety and operational protocols.
Complete required safety and compliance training on schedule.
Escalate safety or compliance concerns promptly to the MAC Manager.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in facilities, workplace operations, or MAC coordination preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency with workplace or IFM systems (e.g., Archibus, Corrigo, or similar).
Experience with furniture systems (Herman Miller, Steelcase, etc.) is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of budgeting and purchase order processes.
Working Conditions
On-site role with occasional travel to local or regional sites and vendor warehouses.
May involve periodic lifting or movement of light furniture or equipment.
