What you’ll be doing
Welcome & Arrival Experience
Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all guests
Manage guest registration and visitor records
Oversee meeting room bookings
Provide support for onsite events
Share & Communicate
Manage shared inboxes and respond to general enquiries
Answer incoming calls and provide directions or assistance
Communicate clearly with internal teams and visitors
Collaborate & Support
Coordinate inventory and supplies
Assist with invoicing and ad hoc administrative tasks
Support catering and event requirements
Ensure meeting rooms are reset, refreshed, and ready for use
