Our Facilities Team currently have an opportunity for a Facilities Assistant. Continue your journey with us whilst we’ll support you to be your best . This role is to assist the Facilities Manager in the delivery of high quality facilities services including: Cleaning (internal & external), Maintenance & Buildings, Security, Health & Safety and Waste.

As a Bank Facilities Assistant you will;

• To assist the facilities manager in organising the departments resources including maintenance requests, and the selection and ordering of goods / equipment
• To ensure compliance is kept with all relevant standards and legislation, including Health and Safety within the hospital

• To interact with all Suppliers and Maintenance Providers and ensure they are supported onsite

• To ensure that all supplier documentation is maintained to the standards required

• To monitor and maintain health and safety
• To assist in the delivery of projects & maintenance
• To maintain the internal and external areas of the site to Nuffield standards
