The F135 Production Program Management Office is seeking a Tooling Control Account Manager (CAM) to lead cost, schedule, and technical execution for tooling across the F135 program value stream. This role blends traditional project management with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) ownership and requires close coordination across Global Supply Chain, Mod Centers, Program, Operations, and Finance. The selected candidate will operate in a dynamic production environment, ensuring the tooling portfolio remains aligned to program priorities, risks are actively managed, and forecasts support both near‑term execution and long‑range planning.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage Tooling Level 5 Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in accordance with Pratt & Whitney’s EVMS monthly business rhythm, including but not limited to; calculating Estimates to Complete (ETC), processing Budget Change Requests (BCR), performing monthly status, and preparing cost and/or schedule variance analyses as needed
  • Demonstrate active risk management by identifying risks and opportunities as well as develop mitigation strategies to cost and/or schedule
  • Drive EVMS compliance to contract requirements and ensure on-time deliverables are met
  • Support program level reviews including but not limited to; Comprehensive Estimate at Complete (CEAC) reviews, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), and Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs)
  • Collaborate with the Business Acquisition Center of Excellence (BACE) to develop Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for upcoming USG contracts to meet the needs of the business and drive strategic initiatives from proposal development, negotiations, and into baselining the work
  • Collaborate with technical SMEs and other cross functional organizations (EVAR, PP&S, PMO) to accurately manage status of labor and material tasks
  • Drive project management principles

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree with preference to Finance/Accounting, Operations or similar and minimum 5 years’ of finance and or program/project management experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ of finance and or program/project management experience required.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • F135 Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM) compliant
  • Earned Value or program/project management related experience
  • SAP experience
  • Experience in Earned Value (EV) Tool Suite: Oracle Primavera P6, WebEVM, Empower
  • Key understanding of United States Government (USG) contracts
  • Experience with production tooling
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated application of CORE principles/tools

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
