Responsibilities
Implement daily operation of all Receiving and Shipping functions in compliance with policies and procedures to support the company’s operation
Maintain close communication and collaboration with relevant parties and forwarders on shipping arrangement and delivery of materials
Examine received physical condition, contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing goods
Prepare shipping documents, invoices and packing lists for all outgoing shipment
Active participation in continuous improvement to drive innovation that enable receiving automation, including process automation, and agentic-AI approach to problem detection, prediction, and optimizing performance
Promote a Safe and Green Working Environment through developing adequate processes, procedures and training to align with safety, quality and sustainability goals.
Requirements
Candidates holding GCE ‘O’ level/SPM, Higher NITEC (ITC)/ NITEC (NTC-2 or NITEC Intermediate)/Diploma in Wafer Fabrication/ Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/ Mechanical Engineering is preferred
Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
Knowledge in Warehouse, Shipping or Receiving Operations preferred
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail, passionate about achieving goals, and looking for growth
