BMW of Anchorage is seeking a motivated Express Lube Advisor who is passionate about customer service and automotive care. This role is a key part of our service team, ensuring customers receive a best-in-class experience from check-in to vehicle pick-up.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Identify, confirm, and help resolve customer concerns
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and technicians
• Ensure technicians clearly understand customer needs
• Clearly explain recommended services and repairs to customers
• Create and manage repair orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain consistent communication throughout the service process

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Effective time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to type efficiently and accurately enter repair orders
• Basic computer skills and understanding of cost calculations
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Automotive service experience preferred but not required
