Job Description Summary
This role supports the Reporting & Analytics Products team in delivering accurate, timely, and scalable workforce reporting across People & Organization (P&O) domains. The Expert will develop foundational analytical products, assist in dashboard creation, perform data validation, and contribute to insight generation under guidance from senior team members. The role emphasizes hands-on learning, building analytical depth, and strengthening BI capabilities using Workday and enterprise analytics tools
Job Description
Location – Hyderabad #LI Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder partnering for workforce reporting and analytics decisions
Dashboard/report product ownership (intake → build → testing → release → iteration) . Standardized + custom reporting across people domains
Data validation, reconciliation, quality checks, governance compliance
Data integration/migration support across systems (including Workday ecosystem)
New metric design and standardization; operationalize enhancements
Documentation, troubleshooting, and data literacy enablement
Continuous improvement using analytics, artificial intelligence, and platform capabilities
Own and deliver People Analytics reporting and dashboard products with high accuracy and strong governance.
Build automated, scalable reporting and self-service dashboards across People domains (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning, Rewards, Engagement, Workforce, Time & Absence).
Translate analyses into executive-ready insights and narratives. Enable automation and responsible use of Generative AI / Large Language Models to improve analytics efficiency.
Essential Requirements:
Strong experience in people/workforce analytics and metric design
Intermediate reporting and dashboarding using Workday Discovery board and visualization tools plus BI platforms like Power BI / Tableau / Qliksense
Data preparation/automation using SQL and a scripting language (Python or R)
Survey/experience analytics exposure (e.g., Glint/Qualtrics-like tools)
Executive storytelling (presentations + written insights)
Strong stakeholder management in matrixed/global environments
Solid governance mindset (definitions, documentation, access control, lifecycle management)
Problem-solving + communication + business acumen.
Desirable Requirements:
3+ years in data analysis/reporting/dashboarding . Strong spreadsheet expertise + automation tools . Strong communication + ability to demo dashboards to senior stakeholders
Experience iterating designs collaboratively with analytics teams . Exposure to cloud/technology stack (e.g., Amazon Web Services) and LLM assistants
