Serve as the link between customers and technicians, ensuring accurate and timely updates
Maintain a smooth service flow by coordinating appointments and managing expectations
Deliver a high-quality customer experience from check-in to vehicle pick-up
Hospitality or customer-facing experience preferred — restaurants, hotels, retail, call centers, etc.
Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
