The Boeing CompanyBoeing’s Defense Space and Security Division (BDS) Human Resources (HR) organization is currently seeking an Experienced Human Resources Generalist (HRG) - Strategy and Integration to join their team supporting the Manufacturing & Safety and Quality & Lean organizations. This role can be based in Berkeley, MO; El Segundo, CA; Everett, WA; Huntsville, AL; Kennedy Space Center, FL; Mesa, AZ; or Ridley Park, PA. As a member of the team driving project management, delivery, and cross-functional Human Resources (HR) integration, you will leverage data analysis and insights to shape long-term objectives and prioritize planning. You will provide solutions and support across various areas. Success in this role requires a strategic understanding of the business combined with strong attention to detail. Additionally, the ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide daily executive support to Director of BDS HR Manufacturing & Quality to align, connect, and coordinate business activities
Pull and utilize HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided
Provide recommendations for operational and strategic decisions in the organization
Lead, support, and collaborate the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. ACR, succession planning, executive movement, etc.)
Assist in developing and executing talent management strategy and monthly People Councils
Drive rigor into operating rhythm; assess effectiveness of operating rhythm and provide recommendations as needed
Facilitate and plan agendas for HR staff meetings and other HR team engagements
Communicate with HR peers and leaders on HR actions
Ensure solutions are consistent with organizational objectives
Prioritize time-sensitive requests and own delivery of solutions that support operational objectives
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience working in Human Resources and/or Business Operations
1+ years of experience preparing and presenting to executives
1+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
3+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Active US Secret Clearance or higher
Experience translating strategy and data into actionable insights and recommendations
3+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
3+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Summary pay range: $95,200 - $138,000
