We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual with a background in the Employee Benefits industry (healthcare and / or Risk), to join a high-performing team as an Experienced Consultant – Employee Benefits
Whilst previous experience would be ideal, we would also be willing to consider applications from candidates with transferrable client facing skills, from within the Banking, Financial Service or Insurance sector.

What you can expect:
- As an Employee Benefits Consultant you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Healthcare and / or Group Risk clients. The focus will be on a client portfolio of multinational clients that have rolled out a Global Benefits Management (GBM) approach for all the countries where they are present.
- You will be focused on ensuring the client feels supported at all times, providing advice and recommendations about renewals of local policies; remarketing and harmonization projects; benchmark studies; negotiate in the name of the client with local insurers and international pooling partners about the conditions and level of coverage of the employee benefits package; and this all in line with the client’s requirements.
- You will have contact with local and international stakeholders, such as local insurers, MMB local and international consultants, local clients and their HQ, MMB Centers of Excellence in Poland, US and India.
- You will be expected to build a good relationship with your clients and to identify new business opportunities and promote the wider MMB proposition to maximise opportunities and achieve growth targets. This is a client-focused account management role.

We will rely on you to:
- Managing an existing Healthcare and / or Group Risk client portfolio providing strategic/quality consulting advice and direction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external at all levels)
- Providing accurate reports containing renewal information, market review results and recommendation.
- Liaising with internal departments and insurers to ensure clients receive an excellent service throughout.
- Promoting and delivering high quality service and advice.
- Updating and maintaining records on core systems.
- Pro-actively keeping up-to-date with knowledge expertise by supporting learning and skills development activities
What you need to have:
- Proven experience in a related employee benefits consulting or administrative role with an employee benefit practice
- Ability to consult, analyse and communicate on employee benefit related products
- Experience identifying business needs and aligning our products to provide strategic solutions for clients
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Self-driven and motivated
- A desire to provide exceptional customer service
