We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end hiring for our Corporate Development and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, including M&A, Sales, Marketing and Finance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on recruiting.
You will own multiple complex searches, partner closely with business leaders, and craft sourcing strategies that build high-quality, diverse pipelines. You’ll bring strong business acumen, advise hiring managers, and use data to drive smarter hiring decisions.

The expected base salary for this position is: CAD $125,000 - $165,000 and includes annual bonus and equity (when applicable). Salary is based on a number of factors including market conditions, location and may vary depending on job-related skills and experience.
