What You’ll Work On:
Oversee the Exercise Support Division consisting of Exercise Coordinators, ARCHER Analysts, and Simulation Control Plan (SCP) and Exercise Support Manning and Equipment Document (ESMED) developers.
Develop, maintain and update internal SOPs and policies.
Ensure all Contract Deliverable Requirements List (CDRL) requirements are submitted on time and that they meet or exceed standards.
Deploy forward during training events and fill the role of an Exercise Coordinator at forward sites.
Motivate team members and facilitate team meetings.
Provide guidance to team on development, performance, and productivity issues.
Represent the team, presenting team suggestions and recommendations on processes and procedures in accordance with organization cost, quality, and productivity goals.
Report to organization management on team accomplishments, achievements, and productivity.
Serve as an Opposing Force Work Area Commander (WAC) or as Assistant WAC utilizing the Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) or other Army simulations and supervising up to five part-time on call employees.

You Have:
Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Knowledge of current Army and Joint doctrine
Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations up to 20% of the time
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in the military, or 10+ years of experience in the military in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience as an Exercise Coordinator
Experience as a field grade officer, warrant officer, or sergeant major
Experience serving in a key developmental position at brigade or battalion level
Experience with Constructive Simulation Models such as Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) or Warfighters Simulation (WARSIM)
Experience working with the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP)
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Ability to utilize a customer-focused approach
Possession of excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
Master's degree
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
