REQ13650 Executive, Resorts Marketing Campaigns and Programs (Open Date: 18/11/2025)
POSITION SUMMARY:
Executive, Resorts Marketing Campaigns and Programs plays a key role in the establishment and development of the company promotions. Coordinate all programs and develop initiatives to drive patronage into COD and update market research. This role is also responsible for assisting casino promotions in City of Dreams, Studio City or Altira which is delivered in line with business objectives.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare promotional documents, such as creative brief, legal document, proposal and report summary.
- Have a full understanding of all gaming and non-gaming promotional details and introduce details to potential customers.
- Coordinate team's daily schedule and assist in following up deadlines.
- Maintain a professional and friendly approach in dealing with internal and external parties.
- Conduct market research as instructed and obtain other market intelligences for management in casino promotional planning.
- Assist to develop and implement innovative and promotions that compliment Company brand positioning and drive visitation to the casino.
- Assist to develop a post analysis for each promotion and correspond metrics on their successes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
- Minimum one year casino industry experience.
- Relevant previous work experience.
- English and Chinese written and spoken language skills, Mandarin is an advantage.
Education
- Degree Holder in relevant field.
- Appropriate Tertiary Qualifications.
