Job Description Summary

The Executive Recruiter will be an integral part of the Executive Hiring team. Working with senior stakeholders, you will undertake wide ranging hiring assignments, supporting the group to make strategic talent decisions and attract leading executives into highly impactful roles. You will be accountable for identifying top talent in the external market, establishing candidate relationships across multiple functions, and building robust candidate pipelines to ensure we can deliver on current and future recruitment requirements and talent initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to;

  • Management of end to end executive search process – from managing the briefing call to working with HRD’s and Reward to close candidates
  • Undertake detailed research for searches, working alongside research team (when extra support is required)
  • Acting as an ambassador for LBG and building a warm bench of external candidates, with a specialism in tech and data hiring at MD level
  • Providing market intelligence for financial services competitors in tech, including knowledge of pay scales and role benchmarking

Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years executive search experience hiring MD calibre candidates with a track record of working in-house
  • Understanding of in-house hiring governance, allowing for a seamless transition to LBG
  • Track record of working on non-tech searches, ideally in another area of corporate functions or for commercial P&L roles
  • Strong presentation skills
