What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
Work in a structured environment using established procedures and seek guidance from colleagues.
Ensure work is regularly reviewed for technical judgment, completeness, and accuracy.
Maintain compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) by following site procedures.
Identify and implement improvements in efficiency, safety, quality, and cost for equipment and processes.
Develop metrics and action plans to meet customer and business needs, promoting compliance with cGMP.
Use project management skills to lead and participate in cross-functional teams, supervising inspection, reconciliation, dispensing, and receivals of components.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements):
B Pharmacy degree with 3 to 5 years of experience,
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office programs
Good understanding of manufacturing processes
Able to plan the production schedule by preparing Production plan
To allocate the work among operators on a daily basis on machines/work center / shifts and prepares shift schedules
To supervise the production activities on a day-to-day basis guiding the operators and trouble shooting for smooth operation of machines/processes.
To co-ordinate and follow up with Planning and warehouse for timely dispensing of material, availability of material and receipt of finished goods.
Co-ordinate and follow up with engineering dept for timely availability of the services to attend breakdowns, interruptions and scheduling of maintenance.
Adherence to local legal requirements, EHS policy and EHS standards/ programs/ SOPs to ensure compliance and improve the safety culture.
To ensure adherence and compliance to quality stsndards.
Should have process knowledge of tablet manufacturing and packaging
Able to work in Shifts
Should have FDA approval in Tablet Manufacturing
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements):
Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory standards
Problem-solving skills
The individual should possess good functional and technical skills to perform the job.
Demonstrate Business Acument
Good at figuring out the processes necessary to get things done.
Shall have eagerness to learn more. Should be a good observer and good learner.
