Executive Producer
Brand & Digital – Corporate Communications
Philadelphia, PA

The Executive Producer is a pivotal leader within Comcast’s Brand & Digital organization, responsible for shaping and delivering world-class content and production experiences that advance Comcast’s brand, reputation, and business priorities. Reporting to the Vice President of Production, this leader is both a hands-on senior producer and a strategic advisor. The executive producer will help guide the vision, writing, storytelling, and production execution of high-impact content and programming for internal, external, and enterprise-wide audiences.

Operating at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and operational excellence, the Executive Producer will regularly engage with multidisciplinary teams responsible for video production, studio operations, editorial development, storyboarding, live and virtual events content, and enterprise campaigns. This role partners closely with senior leadership to elevate Comcast’s narrative, support key growth initiatives, and bring our brand purpose to life through powerful, culturally resonant content.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Vision

  • Establish and drive the creative and production strategy for the Brand & Digital Production team, ensuring alignment with Comcast’s enterprise priorities, growth drivers, and brand narrative.
  • Serve as a senior advisor to executives, offering consultative counsel on messaging, storytelling, content architecture, and creative direction.
  • Translate complex business strategies into compelling stories that resonate with customers, employees, partners, and communities.
  • Shape the long-term production roadmap, optimizing for quality, consistency, innovation, and efficiency.

Executive Production & Creative Development

  • Act as executive producer for high-profile video, editorial, and multimedia projects, guiding end-to-end creative; from concept and scriptwriting to post-production review and delivery.
  • Lead storyboarding, message development, writing, editing, and narrative structuring for enterprise campaigns, major corporate initiatives, and executive communications.
  • Uphold and elevate brand standards across all production touchpoints, ensuring a unified and differentiated expression of the Comcast brand.
  • Oversee production planning.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

  • Advise and engage a high-performing team of producers, writers, editors, creative leads, and technical specialists.
  • Enable a culture of creativity, operational excellence, accountability, and inclusion.
  • Contribute to building future-ready team capabilities by introducing new tools, techniques, and workflows that enable the team to work smarter and deliver at scale.

Enterprise & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Brand Strategy, Digital, and Social teams to ensure content is optimized for channel, audience, and business intent.
  • Support major enterprise moments - including announcements, cultural initiatives, leadership communications, and internal campaigns—with thoughtful production strategy and editorial excellence.

Operational Excellence & Innovation

  • Develop and implement operational workflows that increase speed, quality, and predictability across the production portfolio.
  • Introduce scalable processes, templates, and systems to strengthen planning, reporting, and project management.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies—including AI-enhanced tools—to improve content creation, editing, asset management, and team efficiency.
  • Steward budgets, resources, and timelines with discipline, ensuring maximum value and responsible stewardship of company assets
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
