What are we looking for?
We are looking for an Executive, Policy Servicing to handle customer information changes, process customer documentation, and support internal team requests within the system.
What are we expecting from this role?
Handle Preform-Reinstatement requests.
Handle Preform-Alteration request (change frequency, change beneficiary, change contacts like address, phone, email, etc.)
Handle Preform-Payments (surrender cases)
Ensure all cases are completed accurately in the Life Asia System. within TAT 02 working days
Handle email inquiries related to policy alteration and reinstatement requests
Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or management
Proficient in computer literacy/skills (Ms. words, Excel, internet & E-mail)
Good at writing and speaking in English and Khmer
Timely respond to every inquiry through email/phone call from
customer and other people without the delayed
