The COO Core Foundations Crew is at the centre of the bank’s operational transformation. We deliver foundational, reusable capabilities that enable the shift from traditional banking operations to a modern, technology-driven model.
The Product Owner – One Ops Orchestration will lead the design and delivery of the Master Orchestration layer—the central engine that coordinates end-to-end operational workflows across automation, human tasks, and agentic AI. This layer will act as the core control point, decomposing work, prioritising tasks, and orchestrating execution across systems and agents.
You will own the product vision and roadmap, focused on building a scalable, modular orchestration backbone that enables more autonomous operations while maintaining strong control, auditability, and resilience. You will partner with cross-functional teams—including engineering, architecture, data, and operations—to embed intelligent orchestration patterns into everyday workflows.
You will drive initiatives that streamline workflow execution, optimise resource allocation, and improve operational responsiveness—enabling more adaptive, efficient, and AI-enabled operations across the bank.
In this role, you will guide the squad to build trusted, scalable orchestration capabilities that support both frontline and back-office operations. You will balance strategic direction with hands-on delivery, ensuring roadmaps align with enterprise priorities while maintaining strong execution discipline.

As Product Owner, you will lead the squad day-to-day to deliver change initiatives and lifecycle activities that enable operational transformation at scale. You will drive quarterly prioritisation, manage a dynamic backlog, and define measurable outcomes aligned to strategy and customer needs.
You’ll be accountable for end-to-end value delivery—from shaping strategy and discovery through to production deployment, release coordination, and ongoing optimisation. Your work will directly influence the reuse, scalability and resilience of enterprise platforms that power CBA’s operations.
