Responsibilities
Own the full sales lifecycle for McBee services within the Acute hospital and health system market, from prospecting through close
Develop and execute a territory and account-based sales strategy aligned to Netsmart’s Acute market objectives
Identify and qualify opportunities for McBee consulting, managed services, and advisory engagements, including:
Revenue Cycle Optimization
CDI and Coding Services
Compliance and Audit Support
Interim Leadership and Advisory Services
Build trusted relationships with C-suite, finance, revenue cycle, HIM, and compliance leaders within Acute organizations
Collaborate with McBee consulting leaders to scope, price, and propose tailored service offerings that address client-specific needs
Partner with Netsmart Acute account executives to cross-sell and expand services within existing client accounts
Lead discovery conversations that uncover operational pain points and position McBee’s value-driven solutions
Manage pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity progression within CRM
Represent McBee and Netsmart at industry conferences, events, and client meetings
Stay current on Acute market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics impacting hospital performance
7+ years of experience in healthcare services sales, consulting sales, or advisory solutions
Demonstrated success selling professional or managed services to Acute hospitals or health systems
Strong understanding of Acute healthcare operations, with emphasis on:
Revenue Cycle Management
HIM, CDI, and Coding
Compliance and regulatory requirements
Proven ability to sell complex, multi-stakeholder engagements with long sales cycles
Executive-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience collaborating with delivery teams to develop solution-based proposals
Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagement and business development
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience selling services or similar healthcare consulting offerings into the Acute-Care/ large IDNs and multi-hospital systems
Familiarity with Netsmart’s Acute EHR or broader Netsmart portfolio
Experience working in a matrixed or partnered sales environment
