Job Description

Systems & Database Management

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the global database across key hospitality systems.
  • Administer user access and provide system support for:
    • Global Distribution System (GDS)
    • Central Reservations System (CRS)
    • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
    • Property Management System (PMS)
    • Cvent Transient (Lanyon) Request for Proposal (RFP) System
  • Monitor data activity and maintain system compliance and consistency.

Distribution & Rate Management

  • Coordinate campaign and initiative setup/support for Online Travel Agents (OTAs).
  • Monitor global rate discipline and identify/report discrepancies in a timely manner.

Proposals, Contracts & Reporting

  • Process proposals and contracts accurately and within established timelines.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for billing purposes and management review.
  • Support business analysis and decision-making through accurate data reporting.
