Key Responsibilities

IT Governance

  • Develop, implement, and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures that ensure effective decision-making, risk management, and compliance across the IT organization.

  • Establish and monitor IT performance metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

  • Facilitate IT audits and assessments; and oversee remediation of findings.

Enterprise Architecture

  • Lead the development and maintenance of the enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring the integration and alignment of business processes, information systems, and technology infrastructure.

  • Oversee the evaluation and selection of technology standards, platforms, and tools to optimize business value and operational efficiency.

  • Ensure that all IT projects adhere to architectural principles and roadmaps.

ERP Systems Transformation

  • Play a leading role in enabling the implementation of new ERP systems, functioning as a technical leader on the project.

  • Oversee technical discussions on the ERP implementation journey, partnering with other members of IT and the Finance team.

  • Ensure that all techno functional underpinnings of the ERP project align with other application roadmaps planned and underway.

Leadership and Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of IT governance and architecture professionals.

  • Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to drive strategic IT initiatives and ensure cross-functional alignment.

  • Serve as a key advisor to the CIO and executive leadership on matters related to IT governance, architecture, and security.

Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes, and assess their impact on the organization’s IT strategy and risk profile.

  • Champion a culture of innovation, compliance, and security awareness across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, with significant responsibility for governance, enterprise architecture and ERP implementations.

  • Proven experience developing and implementing IT governance frameworks, policies, and architectural roadmaps in complex organizations.

  • Deep knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements affecting IT (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to engage senior executives and technical teams.

  • Analytical and strategic thinker with a track record of driving continuous improvement and managing risk.
