Overview 

The Executive Development Program Manager will design, manage, and scale world-class programs that accelerate the growth of our Director+ population. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring expertise in executive coaching, team development, and talent development. You’ll partner with senior leaders and People Partners to build experiences that strengthen leadership capability and foster a high performing organization.  

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Manage executive programs end-to-end, ensuring alignment with HP’s leadership priorities and principles. 

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and HR partners on leadership development approaches. 

  • Use data and analytics to create and test hypotheses, measure impact, identify trends, and continuously improve program effectiveness. 

  • Bring a consultative approach to problem-solving and decision-making, with a bias for action and results. 

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Minimum of 8 years in executive development, leadership coaching, talent development, or related roles. 

  • Strong program management and organizational skills. 

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action. 

  • Consultative approach and exceptional communication skills. 

  • Demonstrated bias for action and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Strong technology acumen 

Preferred: 

  • Proven success managing programs for senior leadership populations (Director+). 

  • Executive coaching certification or related credential is a plus. 

 

Locations 

  • Spring, Vancouver, or Barcelona 

The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $215,000 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
