HP Solutions (HPS) Lifecycle Services Renew Sustainability Services team is seeking a strategic, results-driven Sustainability Services Program Manager & Portfolio Lead to manage our global services portfolio, care pack services for refurbished hardware, and lead AMS partner relationship management for the Certified Refurbished Licensing Program (CRLP) Service. This role is ideal for a self-starter passionate about sustainability and circularity, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and driving impactful change for HP and its customers.
Responsibilities:
Manage the portfolio of PS products available to certified refurbished license partners.
Lead the lifecycle and roadmap for care pack support services for Certified Refurbished products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align hardware and service portfolio requirements, including new service offerings for refurbished hardware.
Ensure seamless partner experience across product, marketing, sales, and operations.
Serve as a trusted advisor to HP’s CRLP partners.
Gather feedback and insights to drive operational improvements and training.
Set and track key metrics for licensing partners, including sales and warranty targets.
Provide training for new partners and develop business management systems to align with the Renew Sustainability Services strategy.
Perform business analysis, identify root cause, and develop recommendations/solutions to drive partner growth and program enhancements.
Collaborate with the service supply chain and quality teams to deliver an exceptional customer business experience while protecting HP's brand in the secondary market.
Utilize both technical and business skills to navigate and support complex cross-functional initiatives with significant impact on the services business.
Provide leadership in the execution of the HP Renew Sustainability Services vision - helping partners expand their second life business and derive measurable carbon/environmental savings.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/Technical is required or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Experience working geographically dispersed teams.
Proven ability to work with multiple partners while managing high impact metrics.
Experience in streamlining delivery and operations processes.
Highly developed problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated ability to inspire teams, develop relationships across organizations and accomplish goals under high pressure situations. Strong skills in exercising independent judgment.
Quality project/ program management and change management skills. Solid understanding of business planning methods and business acumen. Product management/marketing fundamentals a plus.
Excellent presentation skills. Well developed negotiation/ influencing skills.

The pay range for this role is $83,000 to $127,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
