• 结合平台创新与项目需求，管理pipeline

• 结合平台，业务，连锁需求 搭建O2O创新沟通方案

• 推动公司内部合规流程

2. 项目落地迭代

• 协调法务、风控、采购、医学等团队，推动创新项目上线及全流程执行；

• 跟进活动实际投放进展，持续迭代优化

3. 费用管理流程推动

• 跟进团队推广预算的申请及管理，月度追踪费用实际投放

4. 会议及数据支持

• 跟进团队内外部会议搭建

• 跟进团队日常数据报告的更新

5 合规项目中期review与日常合规管理

• 提醒操作规范性，日常review团队执行
