Thomson Reuters is looking for a talented Executive Assistant. This is a full-time role based in Gdansk, requiring an in-office presence of three days per week, and reporting to the Manager, Executive Assistant.
About the Role
As our Executive Assistant, you will:
Provide professional secretarial and administrative support to senior executives, exercising confidentiality, tact, diplomacy, and sound judgment while delivering a high level of service.
Manage executive scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring effective coordination and alignment with company policies.
Support administrative and operational activities, including documentation, expense oversight, record keeping, and ad‑hoc assignments.
Prepare confidential materials and supports executives with correspondence and business documentation as required.
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
Support meetings, events, and executive or guest visits, contributing to their smooth planning and execution.
Demonstrate subject‑matter expertise within own area, strong systems proficiency, and the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
Contribute to team effectiveness through knowledge sharing, onboarding support, and coverage for other Executive Assistants as needed.
Operate effectively in a dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility, strong interpersonal skills, and responsiveness to changing business needs.
About You
To be our Executive Assistant you will likely have:
Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Clear and professional communication skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and professional judgment, enabling effective collaboration with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and operate with autonomy within defined guidelines.
Adaptability and flexibility in response to changing priorities, with cultural awareness and the ability to work effectively in an international setting.
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
Team‑oriented mindset; prior experience supporting senior executives preferred.
Completion of secondary education required; additional business, administrative, or secretarial training desirable.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. For Poland, the base compensation range for this role is 80,500 PLN - 149,500 PLN. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
