- Schedule and amending all-inclusive travel: Flights, car, hotel, & Car rental

- Monthly expense report creation & submission

- For RIMS/FL RIMS/AON Symposium/PCI/CIAB – Register for conferences, ensure hotel rooms confirmed, schedule travel arrangements, set up individual meetings as needed; send invites, confirm meeting space, update calendars, update marketing calendars. Create and distribute Account Summaries

- Arrange in-house broker meetings including building pass, document printing, beverages as needed, video conferencing set up and ensure that all parties have information needed

- Set-up meetings as requested, including conference rooms, meeting invites

- Maintain Property Finance Organizational chart

- Seamless administrator: add/remove users as needed

- Manage general office supplies and order as needed

- Manage/remind of weekly team meetings

- Internal Underwriting Audits: set up folders on shared drive, coordinate access to underwriting branches, forward pull-list to Branch Manager., ensure pull list accounts are on shared file

- Assist with keeping individual Underwriting Authorities current and uploaded to server

- Ensure that Agency documents are saved in shared drive

- Backup support for other EA’s absence

- Assist as needed document creation, expense report assistance, lunch meeting planning

- Track / display on calendar Finance team PTO during (June/July/August and November/December)

- Assist visitors from the branches with building passes, conference room reservation, beverages as needed

- Distribute incoming paper mail

- Other projects as assigned
