This position is for an executive assistant (EA) supporting the Head of PGIM Wealth & Product Law. The EA will administratively support the activities of the PGIM Product Law team consisting of 15-20 people. Candidate must have a proven record in supporting senior level management in a fast-paced environment.  The EA will be required to proactively provide all day-to-day administrative support, including duties that are complex, highly confidential in nature and that require the highest level of discretion and judgment.

The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence 3 days per week. You manager will provide additional details relative to days you are expected to be on-site

What you'll do

  • Provide administrative support to Head of PGIM Wealth & Product Law and team.
  • Frequently coordinate travel and logistics for team members
  • Process high volume of invoices for outside counsel and legal services
  • Assist with disclosure updates and preparation of board materials
  • Maintain frequently changing calendars through Outlook and understand each attorney's priorities
  • Coordinate all aspects of meetings, receptions and conference calls/video conferences, and offsite meetings/conference registrations.
  • Organize and secure highly confidential company and employee information.
  • Handle incoming calls and exercise independent discretion when responding to inquiries.
  • Prepare and review materials, logistics, and correspondence for meetings
  • Assist with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, organizational charts, and other various documents.
  • Organize and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, reconcile, and track expense reports timely and accurately.
  • Manage and assist in ad-hoc reports and special projects as needed often requiring independent discretion and follow up.
  • Support the broader team with managing on-boarding/off-boarding of associates, ordering supplies/processing invoices/security requests/equipment requests/room reservations. 

What you'll need:

  • Prior senior manager-level EA experience (3-5 or more years preferred at the VP-level support).
  • Professional presence and ability to engage with internal and external constituents.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work proactively without close supervision.
  • Solid judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, strong energy and enthusiasm, “can-do” attitude.  Must be a team player.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written to be able to interact confidently with internal clients.

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $66,700.00 to $110,100.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
